Live in April

Opening for Nostalgist, Nightmare Fortress and King Woman here in Seattle in early April. Check out the Event Page for details.

Screen printing the covers.

Print's Not Dead made a great little video of printing the album cover while also printing the flyer for a Dickies show. Turn up the volume for a Dickies classic!

Another bit of early press.

The kind people at Impose Magazine posted a pre-release track from the album and wrote a review of it on their blog. You can check it out here. Since the release, the Manic Compression blog did a review of the album that you can find here. Much thanks to the blogs and their writers for giving it a listen and taking the time to review it! ~Isaac

Released!

After some years of hard work and the kind encouragement of a select few, i'm happy to announce that the first A Heart in the Stillness LP was released earlier this month through Nostalgium Directive. The pressing of 300 comes with silk screened covers, an art/lyric sheet and a download code. You can also stream or download the album for free through either Nostalgium Directive's page or the official band page.
Endless thanks to Asa Eisenhardt, Noah Landis and Print's Not Dead for helping bring this about. ~Isaac

On Vice's music blog

A new track went up on the Vice Noisy blog on Friday. It's an odd feeling to have this project pushed out in front of so many eyes and ears, but i'm excited about it nonetheless. Here's the write-up with a new song streaming at the bottom:

It begins.

Welcome to the official site for A Heart in the Stillness!

On February 3rd of this year, the first album, "From Here We'll Watch the Dawn", will become available through this site and Nostalgium Directive. The first pressing is limited to 300 copies on 12" black vinyl with a lyric insert, digital download card and a silk screened cover. For those of you not so interested in vinyl, the album will also become available as a purely digital download that you can pay whatever you want for.

In support of the album, i'll be playing shows around the Northwest and wherever it takes me in 2015. It might continue as a solo effort, but if the right musicians come along, it could become something more. Time will tell.

If you'd like to stay tuned in to what's happening, check back here or 'like' the Facebook page and you'll get any updates that come along.
